Corydon inventories a large array of interleaving papers designed for metal stampers, connector companies, and reel-to-reel platers. Our assortment includes polycoated, silicone-coated, and Kraft interleaving papers.
Our Kraft papers include a strong virgin Kraft which stretches approximately 6%, both in the machine direction and cross-machine direction. We also stock extensible natural and bleached Kraft in 30, 38, 42, 56 lb. weights, a 60 lb. natural Kraft, and a 50 lb. bleached Kraft stock.
Extensible Kraft papers solve many problems related to stress on the web (during winding and after being wound on reels). These papers also can withstand elevated temperatures.Our current customers also attest that these stronger, thinner papers, save them money.

Our papers are consistent. Our paper supplier is a fully integrated paper mill. The mill manufactures pulp from their own timber lands and the paper we purchase are made on neutral pH paper machines that exclusively run neutral pH Kraft papers. This prevents acidity in the paper.
As a converter, we can slit rolls as narrow as 1/16” and supply larger OD rolls. Each roll of interleaving paper that Corydon converts has a core label with the customers’ part number, basis weight, size, and date of manufacture; this allows us to track the paper with the mill’s machine records, if needed.
Corydon stocks a wide variety of weights (from 30 lb. to 100 lb.) for quick turnaround with small minimum order quantities.
