In December 2019, the Corydon Converting Team got together to discuss year-end 2019 and set the course for 2020.

As a proponent of developing his employees, owner Bob McCaffrey offers employee development through seminars and team-building retreats. At Corydon, Bob understands that great companies not only have great leadership, they have great talent. Bob also recognizes that documenting goals is important; telling as many people as possible what he hopes to achieve in 2020 will help the team work together to reach these goals.

In 2020, Corydon is focused on growth. To achieve this growth, we will be looking at opportunities and evaluating our processes to ensure that we meet, and exceed, customer expectations. This will include improving set-up times, working with vendors, and further refining our quality policy.

At Corydon, we are optimistic that we have the right team in place to grow our business in 2020.
